At StrideFuture we truly believe that an organization's success depends on having the right people in the right positions and giving them opportunities to grow. We have been into IT staffing/outsourcing for more than a decade with a mission of providing the best fit to our clients for their IT requirements and being a part of their success. At the same time we try and understand our employees career aspirations, help them find the right path if the need be and give them opportunities to grow by giving them a chance to work on various projects so that they can have a fulfilling career with us.

  • Client needs to let us know regarding their IT requirement and the entire resource sourcing process would be handled by us. We would be providing CVs of candidates matching with the requirement, among which client can select. Joining formalities/On boarding process would be completed by us.
  • Payroll processing and other statutory processes (ESI/EPF/Leave Pay/Bonus) would be handled by us.
  • We would be collecting regular feedback, helping our clients with the project management and conducting trainings (Soft skills/technical/functional) for our employees as and when required.
  • Associates would be serving max. 30 days notice period if they wish to resign. Also, the release date would be decided in consultation with our client. New resource would be provided by us to ensure continuity of service.
